  • The group is a rolling group so join anytime. We meet every other week during the day (Thu or Fri 12 or 1)

  • YES! Join in from the comfort of your own space. Or if you need to move while processing take the group on a walk to to your favorite outdoor comfy spot. PJ's welcome!

  • $50-$80 per week

    Insurance through Headway accepted

  • There will be plenty of space to just vent, talk, laugh and connect as real life humans. We will get the chance to connect as humans who are sometimes expected to have all the answers while we are just trying to keep our heads above water. Each group I will have a general topic, but it will be lead by the members primarily.
